POLICY:

The Board, as permitted by the School Act, will establish and maintain a system of pupil transportation, as required, that will qualify for the shared funding provided by the Ministry of Education.

REGULATIONS

1.        Operations

1.1       The Board expects this system to be efficiently scheduled and that it will be operated with clean, safe vehicles operated by approved drivers.

1.2       The Secretary-Treasurer will ensure that procedures outlining the operation of the Pupil Transportation System are developed and placed in a Pupil Transportation Procedures Manual available at the Bus Garages/Maintenance Shops, the School Board Office or any school site.
